Challenge: Inspire foodservice professionals to adopt Kerry Foodservice products by translating seasonal trends into actionable menu ideas, while serving as a foundational content pillar within the broader Seasonal Selections campaign across Kerry and its sub-brands.

Insight: Operators need more than recipes. They need credible trend storytelling, practical application, and visually compelling inspiration that helps them confidently bring new beverages and flavors to menu.

Creative Direction: Build a flexible seasonal editorial design system that expresses Seasonal Selections visually, blending premium beverage photography, trend storytelling, and product integration, allowing the books to evolve each season while maintaining a consistent Kerry Foodservice brand foundation.

Execution: A series of seasonal Bar & Café Books developed as hero editorial pieces within the Seasonal Selections campaign, supported by social, digital, web, and promotional content. Across four seasonal editions, the design system expanded and matured, introducing new visual expressions while maintaining core principles around editorial storytelling, color, photography, and multi-brand product integration.

Impact: Reinforced Kerry Foodservice as a trend-forward partner for operators, increased product visibility across the portfolio, and established a scalable Seasonal Selections content framework used across multiple channels and campaign touchpoints.

Role: Concept development, editorial design and layout, and art direction across the book series, including art direction of beverage photography and visual system evolution across seasonal editions and supporting campaign assets.
