Problem: Foodservice operators don't need more recipes. They need a reason to get excited about what's next.

Solution: Give them something that makes them feel like they see it first — before their competitors, before the consumer, before the trend peaks.

Idea: A seasonal editorial piece that lives between a trend report and a lookbook. Visually sharp, practically useful, and built to evolve every season.

My Role: Concept development, editorial design and layout, and art direction across the series — including beverage photography direction and visual system evolution across all four editions.
